The hotel's location is awesome, right in the middle of everything. It is close to the subway and the main shopping streets. The breakfast is amazing, with a great variety of options. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist.

The breakfast demonstrations were helpful for omelette-making. Enjoyed indulging in both healthy options and cakes. The receptionists were accommodating and spoke English. Good location near shops, restaurants, and the subway. Great value for money.

On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located near excellent cheap eateries and many shopping areas, such as Florida street. It is also close to public transport, making it easy to explore the city. the Recoleta area adds charm to the overall experience.
The hotel lacks proper maintenance, with broken bathroom tiles, loose tap fittings, and a shabby overall aspect.
